  • Handmade Nature: Kimaari specializes in handmade and hand-printed textiles. While we strive to deliver products exactly as shown, slight variations in color, print, or weave are inherent to the artisan process and shall not be deemed as a "failed" or "incorrect" delivery.

  • Delivery Schedule: We make every effort to meet the delivery timelines provided. However, any delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances does not entitle the user to damages or compensation.

  • Accuracy of Information: Kimaari is responsible for delivering the product to the address provided in the order form. We disclaim any responsibility for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the user.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

7. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are listed on an FOB (Free On Board) basis.

  • Shipping, packaging, and handling charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or local levies are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the invoice value.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order cancellations are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The order has already been processed or shipped.

  • The product is custom-made, altered (e.g., fall/piko), or a special size.

  • The item was purchased during a sale or promotion.

For approved returns (as per our Return Policy), Kimaari issues settlements through Store Credit/Gift Cards or Exchanges. Cash refunds are not provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
